Golden Forest is a Paris Island Cos (PIC) type. It has the ability to develop
a tall and large frame size during early spring and late fall plantings. It has a
yellow- bleach heart color, excellent Big Vein resistance, Corky Root Rot
resistance, and medium Tip- Burn tolerance. When planted in a specific slot
Golden Forest will give you excellent weight and leaf texture good for
processor or Fresh Markets. The bolting tolerance is comparable to most PIC
types in the market today but with superior holding ability than most PIC types.
