Sidewinder is a large Vanguard type with exceptional leaf texture for
Desert Fall plantings. It has excellent head coverage giving it a high tolerance
to Sun Scald. Sidewinder also has high tolerance to Interior Tip-Burn. It has
along dark green cap leaf, round head shape, and impressive butt appearance.
Heads are bigger and heavier than Raider and Sundevil with higher yields
making it ideal for wrap lettuce, processor and naked pack.
