Solid King EL is a very versatile romaine variety. It has excellent bolting
tolerance, medium Tip-Burn resistance, and Corky Root resistance. Solid King
EL has later heart maturity and a better midrib appearance than Solid King. This
variety is excellent for heart markets. This variety can be used for Fresh, Whole
leaf, hearts, and/or processor markets with exceptional quality.
